3. Product Representation & Craftsmanship
ANARGH specializes in premium contemporary Indian luxury jewellery. Every piece is meticulously crafted using high-grade recycled metals, anti-tarnish 18K gold vacuum plating, and hallmarked 925 sterling silver.
Due to natural gemstone variations and artisan finishing, subtle differences in texture or tone may exist between pieces. These variations are not defects, but marks of authentic craftsmanship.
4. Order Acceptance & Pricing
All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, modify product availability, or decline any order prior to dispatch.
5. Limitation of Liability
ANARGH shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site interruption, courier delay, or improper care of jewellery items after delivery.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising out of transactions on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
