This Refund Policy governs the reimbursement process for returned merchandise purchased through ANARGH’s official online storefront.
1. Inspection & Refund Authorization
Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our quality control team will conduct a thorough evaluation within 48 hours to verify that the piece remains unworn, undamaged, and retains all original branding, certification tags, and box components.
Upon successful verification, an official email notification confirming refund approval will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Refund Mode & Processing Timelines
Prepaid Orders (Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets)
Refunds are reversed directly to the original payment source. Depending on your financial institution or bank issuing cycle, funds typically post to your account within 5 to 7 business days post-approval.
ANARGH Digital Store Credit (Recommended)
Opting for ANARGH Digital Gift Store Credit guarantees instant issuance upon quality approval, with a 10% bonus credit added to your account for future purchases. Store credits remain valid for 365 days.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Standard shipping fees and express delivery surcharges incurred during initial order placement are non-refundable service fees paid to external carrier networks.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at concierge@anargh.com along with unboxing video/photographic evidence.
Verified defective items are eligible for immediate replacement or a 100% full refund, including initial shipping fees.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 4 hours of placement, provided the parcel has not been handed over to the courier. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return procedure must be followed.
