How to Return or Exchange
Submit Request
Contact our concierge team via WhatsApp or email at concierge@anargh.com with your Order ID, product details, and reason for return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn jewellery piece in its original ANARGH presentation box, including all authentication cards, velvet pouch, and security tags untouched.
Reverse Doorstep Pickup
Our courier executive will collect the parcel from your location within 2 business days. You will receive an acknowledgment receipt upon handing over the package.
Quality Check & Processing
Upon arrival at our master atelier, the piece undergoes quality inspection. Once approved, your replacement design or store gift credit will be issued within 48 hours.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be strictly unused, unworn, and free of scratches, perfume, or cosmetic marks.
- Original ANARGH product tags and security seals must be intact and non-manipulated.
- Customized, engraved, or bespoke modified creations are final sale and non-returnable.
- Items purchased during end-of-season warehouse sales are eligible for size exchange only.
