At ANARGH, every piece of handcrafted contemporary Indian luxury jewellery is packed and dispatched under strict quality checks to ensure safe and timely arrival.
1. Order Dispatch & Processing Timelines
Standard orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during major festive drops will be processed on the immediate following business day.
Custom-crafted or bespoke personalized creations require an additional 5 to 7 business days for hand-finishing prior to dispatch. The customer will be informed of estimated timelines upon placing a bespoke order.
2. Delivery Logistics & Pin Code Coverage
ANARGH partners with premier courier networks including Delhivery Express and BlueDart Air to ensure reliable pan-India shipping across 27,000+ pin codes.
- Metropolitan Cities: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
- Remote Locations: Delivered within 7 to 10 business days depending on carrier network access.
3. Shipping Charges
Complimentary shipping applies to all prepaid orders exceeding ₹2,500 across India. Prepaid orders below ₹2,500 incur a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹150.
4. Packaging & Inspection upon Receipt
All ANARGH parcels are sealed with high-security, tamper-evident security tape.
5. Transit Insurance & Risk of Loss
ANARGH retains full transit insurance for all packages until the parcel is signed for and handed over to the receiver at the specified shipping address. Once physical receipt is confirmed by the courier partner, the risk of loss passes to the purchaser.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undelivered Orders
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details including recipient name, address with landmark, and active 10-digit mobile phone number.
If a parcel is returned to our facility due to an incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-dispatch charges of ₹250 will apply for sending the package again.
7. International Shipping & Customs
ANARGH ships internationally via DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination country and shipment weight.
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import duties, and VAT levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
